Directions for Use
Suggested Use: Mix 1 scoop in 8-12 oz. of water, consume 20-30 minutes before training. Due to the potency of this product, it's recommended to begin use with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 1 scoop daily.
