FOR BEST RESULTS, TAKE TWO (2) SOFTGELS PRIOR TO YOUR WORKOUT AND ONE (1) ADDITIONAL SOFTGEL WITH A MEAL.
Use with a reduced calorie diet and daily exercise program.
Directions for adults: On training days: take two (2) softgels 30 minutes prior to your workout and one (1) additional softgel with a meal, for a total of three (3) softgels daily. Limit use to no more than three (3) softgels in a 24-hour period. Start with half the recommended dosage to assess individual tolerance.
