Healthy aging formula DHEA levels can naturally decline with age

DHEA is a hormone naturally produced within the body. As we age, circulating levels of DHEA may decline in both men and women. A study published in the highly respected Journal of the American Medical Association found that supplementation with 50 mg of DHEA per day in mature adults helped promote sugar metabolism.
