Directions for Use

SUGGESTED USE: ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 12: Normal use: 1 tablet 2 - 3 times a day as long as desired. Intensive use: 2 tablets 3 times a day for 2 - 8 weeks. Best taken between meals, with liquid. May be used with a Yerba Prima fiber formula.
