Directions for Use
FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS: Take two servings (two softgels), 30 minutes prior to morning meal and an additional serving 30 minutes prior to afternoon meal or as recommended by a physician or licensed qualified health care professional.
SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, adults begin by taking one serving (one softgel) 30 minutes prior to morning meal for the first three days to assess personal tolerance. After three days, begin taking an additional serving 30 minutes prior to afternoon meal. Do not exceed three servings per day and do not take within six hours of bedtime. This product should not be taken in combination with other products containing caffeine or other stimulants. Please read the entire label before use.

THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR USE BY HEALTHY ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED BY THOSE SENSITIVE TO CAFFEINE OR OTHER INGREDIENTS THAT HAVE KNOWN STIMULANT EFFECTS.
Do not use this product continuously for more than 8 weeks. Do not combine with alcohol. Not intended for use by those with a medical condition.
Consult a physician or licensed qualified health care professional before using this product if you have a family history of any medical condition, including but not limited to, thyroid disease, heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression or other psychiatric condition, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, prostate enlargement, seizure disorder, kidney problems, liver disease, pancreas disorders, peptic ulcers, or if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or any other dietary supplement, prescription drug, or over-the-counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phyenylpropanoiamine (ingredients found in certain allergy, cough, cold, or weight control products).
Do not use if allergic or contraindicated to aspirin.
If you are taking aspirin or blood thinners or other medication, consult your physician before using this product.
Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery or if stomach upset occurs. Exceeding recommended dosage may cause adverse effects, including, but not limited to, restlessness, insomnia, gastrointestinal disorders, heart attack or stroke. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath or other similar symptoms. DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL UNDER CAP IS BROKEN OR MISSING.
