HOW TO TAKE XENADRINE ULTIMATE DIRECTIONS: To assess individual tolerance, follow these guidelines: Day 1 to 3 Take 1 capsule, twice a day Day 4 and beyond Take 2 capsules, twice a day Take 1 serving (2 capsules) twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your two main meals (e.g. breakfast and lunch).
