📋 Directions for Use
DAILY USAGE To best amplify protein synthesis, use Bio-Gro twice daily as follows: BODYWEIGHT <200 lbs >200 lbs AM 2 {scoops} / 3 {scoops} PM 2 {scoops} / 3 {scoops}
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a dietary supplement, mix 2 to 3 servings (heaping scoops) of Bio-Gro twice daily in 6 to 9 oz of cold liquid, or mix in soft food (yogurt, oatmeal, protein shake, etc.). Bio-Gro is available as an unflavored or flavored powder that can be taken anytime with or without food. Follow daily usage chart for optimal results (on left panel).
