📋 Directions for Use

Directions: Oral dosage for adults and children over 18 years of age: One (1) capsule daily taken at bedtime or when needed with 8 ounces of water, juice or beverage of choice. Do not take more than one (1) capsule in 24 hours.

This product is not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under the age of 18.

Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain, diarrhea or loose stools. Do not use this product for more than one week or exceed the recommended daily dose. Rectal bleeding and/or failure to have a bowel movement after the use of a laxative formula may be an indication of a more serious condition.
