Directions for Use

RECOMMENDED SERVING: (Adults) Take once daily with water on an empty stomach (one hour before or after a meal), following the serving chart below for number of capsules according to body weight. {Chart} Body Weight Up to 175 lbs 175 – 230 lbs Over 230 lbs Number of Capsules 3 4 5 DIRECTIONS: Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day. Take medications four hours before or after taking JF14.

Warnings & Precautions

CAUTION: Pregnant or nursing women and persons with known medical conditions should consult with their physician before using.

Do not use if inner seal is missing or broken. Keep bottle tightly closed.

WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

JF14 is not a significant source of Iron, and is not sufficient to treat Iron deficiency.
