2 Capsules 2-3x daily Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving 2-3 times daily or as directed by your physician. Nutritionists recommended a daily intake of 4-15 grams. MSM can be taken in higher doses (16 to 30 grams), but only under a doctor's supervision, due to its blood thinning effects.
