📋 Directions for Use
DIRECTIONS: (Adult) Take two (2) tablets in the morning before breakfast, and two (2) in the evening before bed. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.

Taking a break of 30 or more days between cycles will help maintain natural regularity. Not intended for long-term use.
