Directions: For best results, combine Clear Muscle(TM) SX-7(TM) and Peak SX-7(TM) according to the chart below. On workout days: Take 1 serving (2 capsules) of Peak SX-7(TM) and 1 serving (2 capsules) of Clear Muscle(TM) SX-7(TM) 30 to 45 minutes before your workout.
