Directions for Use
USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. On Workout Days: To determine tolerance, begin with one serving (1 scoop) mixed with (6-10 oz.) of water 30-45 minutes before training. After tolerance has been assessed, take one to two servings (1-2 scoops) 30-45 minutes before training.
