Directions for Use

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Adults: take 10-30ml (2-6 teaspoons) daily in juice or water, half an hour before or two hours after meals (children: take 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily) or as your healthcare professional advises. When desired, a maximum of 240ml (16 tablespoons) may be taken daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
