Directions for Use
Suggested Use: As an adult dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times daily; 1 capsule with breakfast, 1 capsule with lunch, and 1 capsule with dinner.
It is important to take BMF(TM) with meals consisting of HIGH PROTEIN, HIGH COMPLEX CARBS, AND HEALTHY FATS, for best results, try a serving of CREAMEAN(TM), GLUTAMEAN(TM) & INCEPTION(TM) along side BMF(TM) as it increases the body's absorption to maximum levels. Athletes using BMF(TM) should consume a minimum of 120 ounces of water daily. YES THAT MEANS DRINK A WHOLE MF'n GALLON OF WATER EVERY DAY! Athletes that run a cycle of BMF(TM) Resurrection are required to take ANNIHILATION(TM) (XTREME BIO AVAILABLE TEST STIMULATOR & MAXIMUM ANTI-ESTROGEN/ AROMATASE INHIBITOR) immediately after as a PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) to maintain size and strength gains.
