📋 Directions for Use
SUGGESTED USE (BY TRAINING LEVEL) Take 3 METHY ANDRO(TM) capsules daily. On workout days take 3 METHY ANDRO(TM) capsules 30 minutes before your workout. On non-workout days take 1 METHYL ANDRO(TM) capsule 30 minutes before each meal. For advanced results stack METHY ANDRO(TM) with Z-TEST(R) for increased muscle performance.* METHY ANDRO(TM) should not be used for more than 8 weeks without discontinuing use for 4 weeks between cycles. To be used as part of a physical conditioning program.
