Directions: As a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules thirty minutes before bedtime. Take with a full glass of water on an empty stomach.
Suggested Cycle: Min. Cycle: Continuous use for 6 weeks Max. Cycle: Continuous use for 12 weeks Off Cycle: Non-use for 4 weeks

Some individuals may experience a minor tingling of the skin and/or a slight shortness of breath shortly after taking GABA. This is a characteristic of this amino acid and quickly subsides.
