📋 Directions for Use
Preparation: To preserve the SOD, do not boil. Can be heated if preferred. Best when one tea bag is placed in 1/2 gallon of water overnight. Also, can follow sun tea procedure. Can be sweetened with your favorite sweetener.
Recommended usage: (2) 8 ounce glasses each day for therapeutic use
