Best if used by expiration date. Once opened, consume contents within 90 days.

DIRECTIONS: As a Liquid Protein Dietary Supplement, take 1 fluid ounce between meals or as directed by your health care practitioner. Best mixed with 4-6 ounces of purified water or your favorite 100% fruit juice. Additional 1 fluid ounce servings may be taken throughout the day if desired.
