As a dietary supplement: For occasional use or as directed by a physician or at the onset of cough or throat irritation: Children aged 2 to 6 take 5 mL (1) teaspoon daily with 8 oz of water or fruit juice every 12 hours or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake well before use.
