Directions for Use

When used at the following dosages, emerging science suggests this Aloe Vera will: 1 oz. daily Increase absorption of Vitamin B12 2 oz. daily Increase absorption of Vitamins E and C 8 oz. daily Support immune, cardiovascular, digestive & antioxidant health
