SUGGESTED USE FOR STACK: With 6-8 ox. of juice or water take 2 EvoLean(TM) capsules 30 minutes prior to your morning meal and 1 capsule 30 minutes prior to your afternoon meal. Green Coffee Bean and Green Tea contain mild levels of naturally occurring caffeine, which may cause sleeplessness in those sensitive to caffeine. For this reason, do not take within 4-5 hours of bedtime.
