Directions for Use
Directions For Men And Women: Please refer to the dosing chart below. Based upon your gender and bodyweight, take 1 serving (2 to 5 caplets) with an 8 oz. glass of water, 2 times daily. On days of your workout, take 1 serving 30 to 60 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed 10 caplets in a 24-hour period.
Consume ten 8 oz. glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
