Place an Alka-Seltzer Fizzy melts tablet on your tongue - no glass of water needed. Fully dissolve one tablet on tongue at a time.
Directions: Fully dissolve 1 tablet on tongue at a time. Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 tablets as symptoms occur, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.
