Directions for Use

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of ACG3(R) CHARGED+ with 4-6 oz. of cold water 30-45 minutes before workout. Follow this regimen for the first week of use. If necessary, on week two increase to 1 and a half scoops prior to workout. The optimal dose will vary by individual between 1-2 scoops.

Consume a minimum 125 fl. oz. of water per day while taking this product. To be used as part of a physical conditioning program.

Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine.

Do not use if you are prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. Do not use if you suffer from the rare genetic disorder, Hyper Beta-Alaninemia. This product contains beta-alanine which may cause a tingling skin sensation in some individuals. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Do not use if tamper resistant seal is broken.
