Directions for Use
Recommended Use: Take 3 dropperfuls one to three times per day as needed. You may take up to 12 squirts a day to increase the production and flow of your breast milk. One dropperful is one full squeeze of the dropper bulb.
For the best results, we recommend using this great formula in addition to Balance and Amazing Greens.
