Reishi (Ganoderma lingzhi), also known as the "Mushroom of Immortality" has been used in Chinese Medicine for at least 2,000 years and has been documented in some of the earliest phamacopoeia texts in Asia. Reishi was traditionally used as a tonic to strengthen vital energy or "Qi", and was thought to help support balance and inner strength.
