Directions: Do not take undiluted. Place 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) serving in 4 oz of water and consume in one sitting or put into 1 liter (33.8 oz) of water and drink throughout the day. For optimum results, up to two (1/4 teaspoon) servings may be consumed daily in the same manner or as directed by your health care provider. Shake well before use. May be taken with or without food.
