📋 Directions for Use
DIRECTIONS: Mix one scoop with 12-16 oz. of cold water. For best results, use in a shaker bottle with ice. Consume 20 minutes before your workout. Advanced users may choose to consume two servings before workouts. DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN TWO SERVINGS IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.
