Directions for Use: Immediate & Urgent Use: Take 1 tsp. with water at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after eating, 2 to 3 times daily for up to 3 months or as directed by a physician. Maintenance: Take 1-2 tsp. on an empty stomach once a day, 4-5 days a week.
