📋 Directions for Use
Suggested use: Mix approximately 2-4 tsp of powder with 8-12 oz of water and drink 30 minutes pre-workout. Shake vigorously or blend. For best results, take on an empty stomach. May also be used post-workout or anytime a natural energy boost is desired by mixing approximately 2 tsp with 8 oz of water.

Do not exceed 8 tsp per day. Each 2 tsp serving contains approximately 25 mg of naturally occurring caffeine.
