📋 Directions for Use

Suggested use: Bring 1/2 gallon (1.9L) of water to a boil. Add 1/4 cup of tea powder to water and continue to boil for 10 minutes covered, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 6 hours. Stir thoroughly, cover and let sit for another 6 hours. Reheat to boiling and strain into light proof containers. Refrigerate prepared tea. Drink 1/4 cup prepared tea on an empty stomach.
