Directions for Use
Recommended use: Take the contents of one packet (6 capsules) with breakfast and with dinner daily for 10 days. Drink one glass (8+ ounces) of water with the capsules.
A healthy diet is recommended, focusing on vegetables (especially green leafy), fresh fruits, and whole grains; and minimizing red meat, coffee, alcohol, sugar, processed, and fried foods.
