Directions for Use
Perfect combination: Creaz CreazATP Take before an intensive training session.
Recommended dosage: Take 2 capsules each daily after getting up in the morning, in the afternoon and before bedtime with plenty of liquid (200 ml). On training days, take 2 capsules in the morning as well as before and after training.
