SUGGESTED DIRECTIONS AND USE Mix one scoop of Infinite Pro(R) 100% Whey Isolate with 8 ounces of water or beverage of choice; stir, blend or shake. Consume immediately.
On training days, take one serving within 30 minutes after training. On non-training days, take one serving in between meals. Use 1-3 servings (34 g per serving) per day as part of a well-balanced diet that includes whole foods and other protein sources. Do not use this product as your sole source of nutrition.
