Suggested Use: For optimal results please follow instructions carefully. Days 1-7 take one (1) capsule three times (3x) per day. Days 8-21 take one (1) capsule two times (2x) per day. Days 22-28 take one (1) capsule per day. Product can be taken with or without food, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
