Suggested use: Take 1 serving daily or as needed. Take 30-45 minutes before and after exercise or physical activity.

Ribose will temporarily depress blood sugar several points for an hour after ingestion. This is usually sub-clinical. However, it is recommended ribose be taken with food, juice or around meal time to avoid potential symptoms of hypoglycemia. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.
