📋 Directions for Use
Use only as directed. SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement for adults, use for up to 8 weeks in a cycle then discontinue use for 4 weeks before beginning a new cycle. In the morning: Take 2 capsules with or without food. In the evening before bed: Take 2 capsules with or without food.
