Directions for Use

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 scoops in 6-12 ounces of water and shake vigorously. May be taken before, during, and after exercise. For enhanced results, POST BCAA may be taken with METHYL PUMP and TEST D-ASPARTIC.

Shake container prior to each use to redistribute ingredients.
