Suggested Use: Take 1 serving of SURGE daily with 4 to 8 ounces of water or your favorite juice (30 minutes before workout). For enhanced results, SURGE may be taken with PowerMaxx, Post BCAA, DAA Test 5, or Test D-Aspartic.
