Suggested use: As a dietary supplement mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of STIMUL8 HARDCORE with 8-16 fl oz of cold water. Drink STIMUL8 HARDCORE 15-30 minutes prior to activity. Start with 1/2 serving to determine tolerance. Do not drink more than 1 serving daily. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
