Directions for Use
Use as a mixer with drinks, in a smoothie, or as a single shot during each meal. Directions for use: Chill bottle before opening and then slowly release the cap. To use as a probiotic, take several ounces per day. To create a refreshing drink you can also combine 2 ounces with sparkling mineral water and a few drops of stevia. 2 ounces taken with a meal helps promote digestion. Enjoy chilled in stemmed glassware for festive occasions.
