Directions for Use

Serving Directions Please use the spoon attached for measurements For 6 months to age 2, take half level spoon (0.5g) daily. For age 3-11, take 1 level spoon (1g) daily. For age 12 or above, take 1 level spoon (1g) twice daily. For pregnant and lactating women, take 2 level spoons (2g) twice daily. Take after meal. Add to water or mix with foods (e.g. soup, milk, congee).
