📋 Directions for Use
Directions: Squeeze bulb to draw liquid melatonin into dropper. One squeeze (1/2 dropper) equals about one serving (0.75 mg). Mix with small amount of water or juice 30 minutes before bedtime. Use up to 3.0mg per day or as directed by your health practitioner.
For best results, melatonin should only be taken at night.
Do not drive or operate machinery after taking melatonin.
