Suggested Use: Consume 1 packet (2 servings) mixed with 8-12 oz of water on an empty stomach. To assess tolerance, users may wish to begin using 1/2 packet (2 serving). For best results, consume before exercise. Do not exceed 3 servings in any 24 hour period. Use only as directed.
