Diindolylmethane, or DIM, is a phytochemical that's a natural metabolite of certain compounds found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage. We've include calcium-D-glucarate to help support a process called glucuronidation, an important mechanism of detoxification that aids in the elimination of certain environmental toxins from the body.
