Directions for Use

As a shot: Drink 1-2 servings (1-2 cap fulls) of VASO-VOL. Mixed in water: Mix 1-2 servings (1-2 tablespoons) of VASO-VAL with 5 fl. oz. of cold water. Added to your pre-workout: For stronger workout performance, mix 1-2 servings (1-2 tablespoons) of VASO-VAL with your pre-workout. Suggested use: Shake before use. Consume VASO-VAL 15-30 minutes before exercise.

Consume a minimum 125 fl. oz. of water per day while taking this product. Discard after expiration date. To be used as part of a physical conditioning program.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not exceed 2 servings in any 24 hour period. Exceeding the recommended amounts or not following directions may lead to unwanted effects.
