📋 Directions for Use

Directions: Adults take 10-30 ml (2-6 tsp), children 3 years and over take 10 ml (2 tsp) daily in juice or water at least 30 minutes before meals. A maximum of 240 ml may be taken daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Reduce intake if diarrhea occurs. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Carefully selected, gently pressed and minimally processed to ensure it retains its natural unique properties and vital nutrients. Aloe Gold uses gentle preservatives which are essential to protect the nutritious whole leaf aloe juice.
