Directions for Use

Directions: Adults take 10-30 ml (2-6 tsp), children 3 years and over take 10 ml (2 tsp) daily in juice or water at least 30 minutes before meals. A maximum of 240 ml may be taken daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Reduce intake if diarrhea occurs. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
