Directions: Laxative for occasional constipation. For adults and children 12 years and older. Take 2 to 4 caplets daily, preferably all at bedtime, or individually throughout the day. Caplet(s) should be taking with a full glass (8 oz) of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Children under 12, ask a doctor before use.
