Suggested Use: For athletes, 1 tablet 30 to 45 minutes before and after workouts. On non-workout days, take 1 tablet with breakfast. For dietary enhancement, 1 to 2 tablets daily with meals.

Trans-Ferulic acid is an important part of gamma-oryzanol, a plant sterol complex used by many athletes. Due to its antioxidant and adaptogenic properties, trans-ferulic acid is rapidly gaining acceptance by exercise enthusiasts and those in serious training programs.

Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy or wheat. Contains no sugar, starch, preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.
